Terms & Conditions
- You will incur a £10 fee if you cancel your appointment without giving us at least 24 hours' notice or if you miss an appointment.
- Your membership is for a minimum 12 months but you can cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel within the 12 months contract, you will incur a 1 month payment fee.
- Your membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person.
- Additional services (e.g. haircuts, colour) will be charged separately.
- Prices and terms are subject to review annually; members will be notified of any changes.
